Natal Museum in Pietermaritzburg
Today we passed through Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu Natal, and dropped in to create some Virtual Tours for the Natal Museum. The Natal Museum is one of South Africa’s major regional museums, and it really is a treat! The museum is very well kept, despite some of the exhibits being nearly 40 years old!

Exciting stuff has been happening in Google Earth, particularly with the new layer in Google Earth. The layer is called “360 cities” and can be found under the gallery layer in Google Earth. Switch on the “360 cities” layer in Google Earth, and zoom in to South Africa.
